Acute bronchitis (OB) relate to the most pressing problems of modern pulmonology because of the high incidence of people. In this connection, there is a constant search and development of new medicines for the treatment of OB.

This article is an attempt to reconstruct, at least fragmentarily, the history of the first laboratory animal farm in Petrograd and the “topography” of the use of animals for scientific and medical purposes in the early 1920s (serum stations, laboratories in institutes and hospitals, researchers)

A large circle of blood circulation in animals begins in the left ventricle of the heart by the largest arterial vessel — the aorta. Initially, it is directed cranially, and then changes direction to caudodorsal, forming a bulge — the arch of the aorta.
